Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical study of the quantum oscillations of kinetic characteristics of degenerated conductors with the low-dimensional charge carriers energy spectrum. The skin effect is investigated in a wide range of electromagnetic wave frequencies up to the case of extremely anomalous skin effect. For the first time the quantum high temperature oscillations of the high-frequency kinetic coefficients of the quasi-two-dimensional conductor have been calculated. Under the anomalous skin effect conditions there are two ranges with the different regimes of the electromagnetic wave absorption, transition between them being characterized by the phase shift of the impedance oscillations.
