Essay

First scientifically provisions for comprehensive evaluation of soil pollution by oil hydrocarbons and heavy metals on the results fitotestuvannya and the peculiarities of oil and gas deposits on the farmland. It was investigated the germination and early development of vegetative organs of spring wheat that was chosen as the test plant for determination of phytotoxicity of different levels of the modulated oil contamination of soil in Poltava region. Macroscopic and morphometric experiment of structural changes in vegetative organs were conducted fourth leaf of the seedlings of wheat spring.
