Essay

The object of research: an active queue management system. The subject: Analysis and optimization of the parameters of the active queue management. The dissertation work is devoted to the investigation of nonstationary systems of active queue management packages (AQM systems) in the network TCP/IP. The combination of scientific statements formulated and justified in the dissertation work is solving a scientific problem - the fight against congestion in the network TCP / IP. Systematic analysis of the basic methods of active queue management packages implemented in today's routers was conducted, carried out a comparative evaluation of them and conclusions on their effectiveness were made. The investigation of stability and robustness of AQM with PI, PID, RED algorithm with variable loads on the network was conducted. In the interactive system MATLAB the mathematical model of nonstationary AQM with parameters (the workload and time for a packe round-trip time) was improved and that allows you to explore the efficiency of application of regulatory systems AQM. The use of fuzzy controllers for AQM systems was offered, and the investigation of the work systems with these controllers was conducted. It is shown that the use of fuzzy controllers for AQM systems gives better regulation queues package within the limits desired, and smaller probability marking/drop packet, compared with the controllers used. The technique modeling of the workload on the network was developed that will allow to investigate the work of AQM systems with different controllers in conditions as close to real.
