Lymar L. Social-psychological conditions of development of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the social-psychological conditions of the development of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients. The paper presents analysis of the basic approaches to the "doctor-patient" conflict essence and its causes as to a specific intrapersonal conflict type; explains the content and figures of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients, contains the theoretical analysis of the social-psychological problems and conditions stipulating for the development of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients during their study in medical educational establishments. According to the empiric results of the study there have been detected the peculiarities and causative factors of development of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients. There has been created a program of the development of the future doctors' readiness for preventing conflicts with patients, which has proved its effectiveness.
