The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical, methodological and practical problems of improving infrastructure providing of the employment state regulation mechanism. We study the nature of scientific approaches to employment, infrastructure providing of the employment state regulation mechanism. Proposed the methodical approaches to the assessment of infrastructure providing of the state regulation mechanism using correlation analysis. Developed a methodological approach, based on a system of peer reviews, which allowed to identify threats and development opportunities of infrastructural support. Constructed influence prediction models of infrastructure providing state regulation mechanism on population employment indicators, that allowed to forecast the unemployment rate, the level of natural unemployment coefficient of employment, level of employment, the impact coefficient of infrastructural maintenance on employment. In the study worked out measures to improve the subsystems of infrastructural maintenance and calculated their economic efficiency.
