Zamula A. Methods and models of intelligent management of bank activity

Object of research - management processes banking activities. The purpose of research - improving the efficiency of financial and qualitative indicators of banking activities through the development of methods and models for intelligent control. Theoretical and practical results are based on artificial intelligence techniques, system dynamics, mathematical modeling, statistical analysis. The thesis further developed methods for modeling of banking activities by modeling purposes commercial bank and fuzzy models of interest rate management and quality that allows high efficiency to explore the functioning of the banking system and a commercial bank. Improved system of intelligent control banking activities by introducing additional factors and intelligent management models based on them, which improves the bank's financial results and quantify the effect of the decision in choosing the direction of development of the bank. A model predictive control banking activities, including system dynamic model of the banking system at the macro level and the dynamic model of the commercial bank at the micro level, that allows to solve the problem of managing, analyzing and forecasting the banking system and a commercial bank. Results of the thesis were obtained in the field of artificial intelligence.
