Chalaya O. Ecological and biological features of pork production at the excess of heavy metals in the ration

Work is devoted to study of influence of the excessive doses of Plumbum and Cadmium as well as their individual and combined effect on the growth, development, productivity and physiological condition of hogs and on the quality of pork have been presented in the thesis. The technological method to produce ecologically pure pork with the use of the experimental additive has been developed. The above additive allowed to reduce the negative influence of the excessive doses of Plumbum and Cadmium on the organism of hogs when fattening and to improve the quality and safety of pig-breeding produce. The effect of the excess of heavy metals on the hematological values of blood and the state of natural resistance and antioxidant status of the animals under investigation have been studied. The metabolism of nutritive substances and nitrogen, Сadmium and Рlumbum balance have been studied when the excessive doses of heavy metals are ingested and the experimental additive was used
