Boyko T. Cluster initiatives of regional management of entrepreneurial activity (on the example of build clusters)

Dissertation is sanctified to the development of theoretical and methodical bases of forming and realization of cluster initiatives of regional entrepreneurial activity management on the example of the building activity cluster. A certain specific and place of small enterprise is defined in the region economy, possibility of its participation in regional clusters forming and conceptual model of realization of such cluster cooperation is offered within the framework of regional management. Territorial features for realization of cluster initiatives within the framework of regional entrepreneurial activity management is found out and methodology of selecting regions for additional state support of cluster initiatives is offered. The model of organizational economic mechanism of cluster forming on the example of building cluster is worked out. There was developed methodical approach to calculate the effects of cluster cooperation for cluster participants and the region on the basis of which and using the scenarios method there was got a prognosis data in relation to the results of development of the certain building cluster in Dnepropetrovsk region.
