Sobodosh O. The peculiarities of course of biochemical processes in animal organism under condition of chlorophilipine application

Оject is the designed inflammatory processes for laboratory animals, bronchopneumonia, mixed forms of respiratory and gastroenteric diseases for calves and treatment of them " chlorophilipine " Aim - to find out biochemical and morphological changes in an organism clinically healthy animals, laboratory white rats, at the terms of development of the designed inflammatory processes, and calves, patients with a bronchopneumonia and mixed forms of respiratory and gastroenteric illnesses. The basic methodical approaches to separation and identification of main groups of biologically active substances from pine needles were developed. On their basis new phytomedicinal product chlorophilipine was obtained for which quality indices due to organoleptic, physicochemical and biological parameters were determined. The long-lasting tests on intact animals (white rats, calves) proved that newly created medicinal product is less toxic, it intensifies haemopoiesis, erythropoiesis, reduction-oxidation and exchange processes, positively influences the biochemical blood indices, lower emotional state without change of motive activity.
