1. Object of investigation - is the functional state of blood and organs of carp scaly under short action of lead in increased concentrations. Aim - to find out the state of molecular systems response to stress and the immune system activity of a carp under increased concentrations of lead. Results - devoted to the study an influence of different concentrations of lead on hematologic parameters, antioxidantive enzyme activity, the products of lipid peroxidation, parameters of endogenous intoxication, the degree of DNA damage and the level of heat shock proteins. We found that lead ions cause an imbalance in the prooxidant-antioxidant system of a fish, stimulates lipid peroxidation. Increase in the level of lymphocytes DNA fragmentation under growth of endogenous intoxication scaly carp was determined. The reduction in the functional activity of white blood cells and disorder of the effectors’ immune response in the carp body under lead were revealed. The high concentrations of HSP60 and HSP70 proteins in leukocytes, liver, brain and gills of a carp under 2, 5 and 50 MPC lead were first found.
