Yutovets T. Gender-age features of the gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis, their connection with an osteoporosis and bone metabolism

The object of the research is the gender and age features of the gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis; the purpose of the research was to prove clinical-pathogenetic connection between the gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis and osteoporosis and bone methabolism in the lines of the gender and age features of the course of the disease; the methods of research were the following: clinical, roentgenological (X-ray, osteodensitometry, arthrosonography, magnet-resonance tomography), atomemissonspectrometrical, atomabsorbspectrometrical, biochemical, imunoenzyme, statistical; the novelty and results were the following: the gender and age features of the course of gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis on the basis of the complex clinical, X-ray, ultrasound, and magnet-resonance joints study was exposed first time, the gender difference of these signs was shown, their connection with the ostheoporosis and bone methabolism was shown, the meaningfulness of the bone methabolism markers in the pathogenesis of the gonrthrosis and coxarhrosis and their role in the pathogenesis of some intraarticular and extrarticular structures changes was proved, on the basis of these knowledge the gender and age reasons of the hard course of the gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis were proved, on the basis of them criteria were selected, which allow to forecast the course of disease; introductions were executed in the clinical practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, to the therapeutic clinic of SO "Institute of the urgent and restorative surgery named after V. K. Gusak NAMS of Ukraine", in the medical establishments of Krivoy Rog, Lugansk, Slovansk and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Vinnisa national medical universities, an application region is : treatment-diagnostic process of the rheumatological, therapeutic departments, scientific and pedagogical processes of the departments of the therapeutic type of medical educational establishments.
