The aim of the research was to improve performance and reduce unit costs grinding vanadium high-speed steels and hard alloys wheels of diamond and CBN due to additional mechanical and electrical and optimization of processing mode. The thesis is devoted to improving the efficiency of processes flat and internal grinding of these materials by introducing additional mechanical energy in the form of axial vibrations procurement and management of cutting ability circle electro influences on the working surface of the circle by searching for optimum electrical and mechanical polishing modes with electroerosive impacts based on current limited cutting ability circle on specific low cost processing. On the basis of a meaningful description and analysis of the grinding process has the effect of imposing relative axial oscillation of grinding wheel and the workpiece, the equation for calculating the length of the arc of contact cutting of single grains that defines the prerequisites efficiency of grinding of difficult materials circles of diamond and CBN. On the basis of comprehensive studies identified new opportunities to improve the efficiency of grinding of dhard-to-cut tool materials circles of diamonds through a combination of additional mechanical and electro-erosion impacts on elements of the system grinding, which ensures high cutting ability of the working surface of the circle. The industry is mechanical engineering.
