Essay

In thesis the further development of theoretical foundations and organization methods of specialized distributed computer systems for electric power objects and systems monitoring, control and diagnosis are received. A new unified method for identifying fault operation of power systems, based on modes-relevant parametric image processing is developed. Principles of information security, as well as differential-game process simulation method of information attack and defense in specialized computer systems are proposed. At first the use of differential-game theory methods and differential transformations to solve the maintenance optimization problems of microprocessor-based devices for power systems parameters registration are presented. Techniques for improving the corporate computer system architecture of national railways power systems monitoring and diagnostic are proposed. These techniques provide realization of preconditions for power systems complex automated control. Through the applications of developed algorithmic, hardware and software solutions as a part of diagnostics computer system, improves electric power systems efficiency, reliability and safety. The last increases safety of railway transportation.
