Essay

It has been revealed that flora of the region numbers 1305 species, 555 genera, 121 families. 21 coenofloras referred to 9 groups have been described. Vegetation classification scheme of central Podillya has been elaborated/ 23 classes, 37 orders, 65 alliances, 141 associations have been allocated. Habitat classifiaction also has been elaborated. Leading ecological factors influenced plant communities' differentiation have been determined. New approach to the geobotanical zoning has been declared.
