Essay

In PhD thesis solves the problem of increasing of cage rotor rods electromagnetic control by applying flux-gate method for determining the location of rod rotor winding defect and the degree of thinning. Mathematical model of DC and AC magnetic fields interaction with rod of rotor is developed. For a quantitative determination of parameters of rod cage rotor defect and accounting of rods mutual influence one on each other in the electromagnetic field mathematical model is developed, which allowed to determine amount of rod thinning, ranging from 2% of its section.
