Essay

Work is devoted to the research of use efficiency and informing of biodiversity indicators in high- and low-input agriculture systems by the conditions of the Kiev height area of the Dnestr-Dnepr Forest-Steppe Province on the example of Araneae and Apidae diversity. Spider, bee and bumblebee diversity were analyzed regarding population density, species composition and species richness. These biodiversity indicators were negatively affected by high-input agricultural management. Further, agricultural management intensity (represented by the amount of money spent per ha) was negatively correlated to population density (r = -0.8 and r = -0.9 for spider and bees, respectively) and species richness (r = -0.5 and r = -0.6 for spiders and bees, respectively). That shows the efficiency of using such bioindicators for estimation of agromanegement systems.
