Dissertation work is devoted the decision of scientific issue of the day - development of methods and computer facilities of working of parameters of information holding objects in the computer systems. Dissertation is devoted the nowadays actual task is a rev-up effective dynamic artificial perception. In dissertations expounded initial theoretical positions, a purpose and task of research is formulated. The basic methods of improvement of parallel-hierarchical transformation are developed. The mathematical models of parallel-hierarchical transformation are developed on the basis of rationing equalization, a threshold criterion is entered for high-quality classification and treatment of sequence of images of the prolonged laser routes. The algorithms of previous treatment and artificial of spots of laser bunches, creation of structure of parallel-hieratical networks of images, perception are improved on the basis of G-transformation. Soft- and hardware facilities of parallel-hierarchical transformation are developed for rapid artificial perception. Experimental researches of methods and computer facilities of parallel-hieratical network are conducted for treatment and classification of image in the systems of control of parameters of dynamic images. The method of leadthrough of experimental researches of effective treatment of fragments of spots of laser bunches is developed and the physical design of models of parallel-hierarchical transformation is conducted for effective artificial perception from the use graphic the adapter.
