Essay

The thesis deals with the renewing correction at spine degenerative disease (osteochondrosis) in experiment. The experimental study was performed on 122 laboratory male rats (Wistar) weighing 280-300 g, aged 5-6 months at whom permanent and temporary (of different lengths) asymmetric static compression-dystension of caudal spine was modeled and modified relaxation of varying duration was performed, followed by autologous transplantation of cell structures of the intervertebral disc (IVD). Researched and proven positive effects of relaxation and autogenous transplantation of cells of IVD structures on reparative processes in the disc of rats. Expression levels of aggrecan-1 and collagen type II alpha 1 showed that autografts make trophic-regenerative effects, they should be used to optimize repair of IVD structures. Asymmetric static compression-dystension causes degenerative-dystrophic IVD changes, autologous transplantation of cells of IVD structures under relaxation optimizes regeneration and stops progression of IVD destructive changes.
