The dissertations is devoted to improving the methods and means of digital filters working in a dynamic state - with changing parameters. To achieve this goal methods of digital filters without analog prototypes are substantiated. Their characteristics in real time are researched. Mathematical models of digital and high-selective Gaussian filters are proposed in first time, their time-frequency characteristics are obtained, they taking into account the dynamic state and this is possible to reduce the time of transition. A new recursive digital filter for digital filtering in real time is proposed. The mathematical model of digital bandpass Gaussian filter is developed, which allows to improve the algorithm of the diagnosis and research of radio communication equipment. The mathematical model of digital tunable filter is proposed. It allows to doing configuration on the same frequency of the input signal and reduce the duration of the transition processes.
