Essay

The object of study: the process of management over the investment resources of the region against the background of socio-oriented economy. The aim of study: scientific grounding of scientifically-practical recommendations focused on improving of efficiency of investment resources management in the region, as well as on the study of impact of financial instruments and attraction of resources into the process of the region investment. Methods of study: dialectical; systematic and integration approach; logical and theoretical generalization; dynamic modeling. The practical significance of results lays in the development of scientific and practical provisions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of investment resources management which contribute the socio-economic development of the region. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that the further tools were improved: investment resources control scheme; the methodological approach to the analysis of the economic environment as the most important condition for effective investment resources management; the methodological recommendations for effect splitting at different levels of management during implementation of investment projects; organization of investment resources management on the basis of proposed investment resources management model; and the mechanism for attraction of investments into the investment process. Further developments have got: approaches to definition of the role and place of the investment process; methodical recommendations on the use of legislative environment of investment resources management; approaches to the structuring of resources' provision of investment process.
