Essay

In the dissertation work was solved actual scientific problem increasing machining accuracy by developing new designs hydrostatic spindle supports adjustable type and identify statistical regularities of formation of indicators precision spindle knots depending on the operational parameters of hydrostatic supports and technological loads. Based on created of a mathematical model trajectories spindle identified and experimentally confirmed laws of influence of geometric form deviations, thermal deformations of support surfaces of the bearing, random and deterministic components of technological loadings, operating parameters of hydrostatic supports on the performance precision spindle knot. Developed a scientifically based methods of choosing of rational operating and design parameters of hydrostatic supports adjustable type. New constructions adjustable hydraulic supports and technological means to improve the accuracy of their support surfaces was proposed.
