Thesis is devoted to the task of increasing the effectiveness of patients with short stature treatment.A new solution of actual scientific and practical task of operational hip lengthening improvement and quality of life of short patients by optimizing of techniques of hip lengthening with implantable intraosseous bone lengthening device based on the establishment of new data on traumatic implantation of "pelvic node" distractor is theoretically justified and suggested. New data on the relationship of the operative technique to the complications were received.
