Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of activity and isoform of malate-aspartate shunt and antioxidant defense enzymes in ejaculates, reproductive organs and epididmal male spermatozoa, identification of factors and mechanisms that influence oxidative processes and survival, fitness for evaluation the quality of gametes. Specie factors of antioxidant defense and malate-aspartate shunt enzyme activity in ejaculates were established. Dependence between reproductive organ anatomic spot and male specie and enzyme activity in tissues and spermatozoa were installed. It is established that intensity of transamination processes and substrate usage by spermatozoa, electron acceptor deficit or surplus in medium, incubation time, ejaculate volume and spermatozoa concentration determine and regulate activity and isoform content of enzymes in sperm.
