Essay

The thesis is devoted to the processes of photothermal and photoacoustic transformation study in heterogeneous silicon-based structures excited by periodically modulated and pulse laser irradiation. The formation and evolution of photothermal profile in such structures was considered. The model of photoacoustic response formation in the cases of periodically modulated and pulse laser excitation was proposed. The agreement between experimentally obtained results and results of simulation was show.
