The thesis is devoted to the research of morpho-physiological and biochemical parameters of Zea mays L. and Triticum aestivum L. under the salicylic acid and phytopathogen Fusarium graminearum influence. Salicylic acid enhances germination of seeds Zea mays L. and Triticum aestivum L., stimulates growth of seedlings under conditions of seed infection by pathogen Fusarium graminearum. It has been found different patterns of growth regulators on the antioxidant system of maize and wheat seedlings. Thus, in organs of seedlings Zea mays L., which seeds were infected by pathogen, salicylic acid reduces the activity of catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity increases. The result is an increase in hydrogen peroxide content, which is necessary for the occurrence of hypersensitivity reactions, while the seedlings of Triticum aestivum L. phytopathogen resistance associated with increased activity of peroxidase, ascorbic acid content and reduced glutathione.
