Getman I. Computer-aided information-measuring system of monitoring the quality of the ceramic tiles appearance

Research object: the process of the control of the quality of original appearance of brickwares due to the creation of the informative measuring system. The aim is the providing of the operationability and the authenticity of the control of the quality of ceramic tiles (CT) due to the creation of the informative measuring system and the algorithmic assurance of the processing of images and due to the recognition of defects of original form of items. In the thesis a model of the measuring channel and a model of the emergence of the errors in the control have been developped,database on the parameters of the images of defects of CT has been organized resulting from the processing of images of CT at the technological line "Zeus Ceramica" . The improved method of the definition of the parametric characteristics of the images on the basis of their information when building classifiers, experimentally proved the most informative parameters of the images of CT. The developed method of organizing expert subsystem using artificial intelligence methods for pattern recognition defects of CT. To sort the tiles according to the results of the defects recognition set the integral criterion of the appearance quality of the CT has been proposed. An algorithmic software and a computerized information measuring system of quality control the appearance of the CT has been developped. The sphere of application is the production of ceramics.
