The purpose of dissertation work is an increase of fast-acting of realization of operations by the use of methods and specialized computer facilities of processing of data, presented in kind on the basis of application of kodas of class of tailings. Research methods. In basis of the researches conducted in-process there are the fixed principles of analysis of the systems, theory of numbers and theory of calculations. At untied tasks of the rapid processing of data principles of approach of the systems were used. Theoretical and practical results: developed and improved methods of treatment of information, presented in kind, am scientific methodological basis for practical creation of the highly productive computer computer systems and facilities of the rapid processing of data which function in the unposition scale of notation of class of tailings. Scientific novelty: the mathematical model of process of treatment of the tailings given in a class is improved due to marketability of tabular module operation of algebraic increase by presentation of numbers in an artificial form which promotes the fast-acting of realization of operations in the class of tailings; the first developed method of arithmetic comparison of numbers is in the class of tailings, which unlike known is based on the use of position sign of unposition code structure of number which promotes speed of implementation of operation of comparison of information; improved method of comparison of numbers in the class of tailings due to possibility of comparison of numbers by forming and use of position koda of numbers, which provides diminishing of time of the use of operations of algebraic comparison of information.
