Kovalenko T. Providing of the effective use of Zaporozhye region energy potential

The object of study: the process of usage of energy potential of Zaporozhye Industrial region. The aim of study: theoretical grounding and scientific-methodological development of guidelines for effective use of the energy potential of Zaporozhye region. Methods of study: abstract and logical method; system analysis; inductive and deductive methods; method of similarity; comparative analysis; statistical analysis; method of expert assessments. The practical significance of results lies in the use of the grounded methodological approaches, practical recommendations and guidelines and directions of implementation of the energy potential of industrial region for the further provision of effective usage of such potential in Zaporozhye region. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that the following occurrences were implemented: the grounding of selection of directions of the technical and economical provision of the energy potential in the region; the form of organizational and economic support of the energy potential in the region; methodical approach to the regional pricing for electricity; methods of estimating of the energy potential of industrial region; methodical approach to the definition of the market retail rate for electricity in a particular region; methodical approach to the socio-economic support in the use of energy potential of the region. Further development have got: the way to ground the content of the energy potential of the region; the frame of references onto assessment of the energy potential usage in the region.
