Essay

The basic direction of automation of information support operations of the management process for accidents is formulated. Based conceptualization of tasks built ontological domain model "The intellectual decision support system by accident elimination on mines" In this dissertation, a method for automated generation of draft operational plan that ensures the use of accumulated experience based knowledge management activities rescue units in the form of precedents and "potential precedent" - emergency response plans. The method is based on the syntax and semantics of the adapted language hierarchical network planning. Productive-framing model of knowledge representation of the domain are developed. Conceptual diagram of this model knowledge is represented as a class diagram (UML - notation) that are implemented in object-oriented languages (Delphi, Java, C++). By using the developed management has improved reliability, efficiency and reliability of decisions made in emergency response and accuracy when adjusting the PLA in the mines.
