In dissertation on the basis of theoretical generalization of modern economic conceptions of innovative development, theory of the systems, management and informatization, and also practice of their use in the system of effective development agrofood spheres are offered a new decision of scientific problem - development of theoretical-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to development of mechanisms of effective development of agrofood sphere taking into account regional features. As a result of the executed research conceptual approach of providing of effective development of agrofood sphere of region is developed.
