Kotmalova O. Improvement of decoration technology of printing impressions by methods of aromatization.

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of aromatizing prints by offset, piezo-jet printing and method of sputtering the aromatic lacquers. There is argumented an expediency of construction modernization of varnishing machine of offset printing machine for providing an intensive mixing of UV-varnish without untimely destruction of microcapsules and their uniform apportionment on aromatic print. It is ascertained that the quality of the aromatizing method is depend on the coating thickness, viscosity, temperature of varnish, structure and morphology of the paper and cardboard surface. Quantitative analysis of UV- spectrum absorption confirmed the change in intensity of fragrances by using aromatic prints.
