Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research aimed at studying the heat characteristics of miniature heat pipes . The dissertation contains results of experimental studies of heat and mass transfer in the coolant circulation inside metal-fibrous capillary structure and vapor channel of the miniature heat pipes. In research was found the effect of operating conditions ( heat flux , pressure and temperature) and geometry (diameter and length of the internal space ) factors on the intensity of heat transfer during boiling and condensation in miniature heat pipes. Obtained generalize dependence, which allows to calculate the average value of heat transfer coefficient in the evaporation zone of miniature heat pipe with metal-fibrous capillary structure. Designs cooling systems based on miniature heat pipes .
