Alexakhina L. Shaping organizational-economic mechanism of development of the fishery complex of region

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the functioning of the fishery complex of region and development of organizational-economic mechanism of its development. Investigated the nature and functional-component structure FC of the region that would reflect the immanent polystructure of FC of the region and functionality of its components. Presented the typology of factors influencing the development FC of the region, which reflects regional determinants of the organization of fishery activities. Considered structural characteristics of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of FC in the region. Systematized methodological approaches to the efficiency evaluation functioning of FC of the region on sets of interrelated features and formulated the direction of its further development, evaluated the effectiveness of organizational and economic mechanism of development of FC and fisheries cluster potential of the region for the totality of basic and additional conditions of creating a cluster in the region. Presented the strategic direction of FC of the region, which include the introduction of innovative technologies of cultivation of aquatic biological resources in the region , discussed organizational bases of the mechanism of development of FC in the region by forming a perspective fishery cluster of the region and substantiated the economic components of the mechanism of development of FC of the region.
