Dissertation work represents the first in Ukrainian historiography comprehensive study of foreign policy of Great Britain in Black Sea Littoral in the last years of I-st World War and during the first postwar years. Non-sufficiently studied aspects of Britain Military missions and diplomatic representatives in the Northern Black Sea Coast are developed. The place of Black Sea countries in the system of British Empire policy is determined. The evolution of public moods of citizens of British Empire in connection with regional policy of the Great Britain on the Black Sea Littoral is analyzed. Also main results and consequences of the foreign policy of Great Britain in the Black Sea region in 1917 – 1920 are defined. The mechanism of solving inter-state relations at the periphery of Versailles System is also examined.
