Essay

The work is devoted to investigation of the plastic deformation and ion irradiation influence on amorphization and optical properties of amorphous alloys. The Beatty - Kona spectroscopy ellipsometric method has been used in the present paper, the numerical values of optical parameters have been determined by solving inverse problem of ellipsometry. Simulation of the heterogeneous systems topology has been performed using Maxwell - Garnett and Bruhhemana - Landaue approximations.
