Dissertation is devoted to the development of electro-technological complex for thermal processing of disperse materials using the inductive method of energy transfer heat exchange surface. This paper analyzes the modern methods of intensification of heat treatment facilities to maintain the set of thermal modes of industrial equipment, methods of energy transfer heat exchange surface on which it was expediency use as a heat transfer surface evenly placed in the volume channel heat treatment of ferromagnetic rods, and for intensification of heat exchange ferromagnetic rods given rotational movement, the particulate material moves spontaneously under the influence of gravity. A deterministic mathematical model of thermal processes in rotary screw press and flow of the induction heater power supply, taking into account the thermal properties of the material , the rate of moisture removal and structural parameters of working bodies. A system for electro- thermal processing of disperse materials using heat exchange surface in the form of a bundle of ferromagnetic rods evenly placed in the volume of material that is to be processed. To transmit energy heat exchange surface coil used. Comparison of experimental and calculated results confirm the high reliability of the developed mathematical models of complex electro- thermal processing of disperse materials using induction heating.
