Essay

The aim of dissertation is development of mathematical models and tools to minimize the computational and human resources in the collection and storage of metering data in high-power grids (HPG) with using electronic digital signature (EDS). Object of study is a digital signature infrastructure in the electricity domain of HPG. To study used mathematical statistics, theory: probability, queuing systems, parallel computing. Scientific novelty: A mathematical model for the distribution of electricity metering domain HPG, collection and processing of accounting data with the electronic digital signature at a particular time; quasi-stationary growth accounting points in the domain HPG, objective functions to minimize the need for technical and manpower using EDS in domain of HPG. Practical value of: architecture and modification Diffie-Hellman protocol for key information changes re-configurable firmware EDS software module that automates the process of storing and manipulating elements of EDS in accordance with the proposed models.
