Polenkova M. Rural development as a basic factor in overcoming depression in rural areas

In this dissertation justified laws, principles and factors of rural development, outlined the methodological aspects of the modern paradigms of overcoming depression in rural areas in Ukraine - the functioning of social, economic, environmental, institutional and economic agrarian systems implemented in the interests of the rural person. The analysis of integral indicators of physical and high-quality reproduction of the rural population, conducted grouping of regions of Ukraine by the integral index playback of rural society. Analyzed in detail the structure of the economic complex of rural areas, and the proportion and location of regions of Ukraine in the total gross production of agriculture. A conceptual model and identify priorities for rural development based on the multifunctionality of rural development, which will contribute to the formation of the prerequisites for a wide range of economic activities, taking into account the nature of the action of the productive forces of the village. The expediency of the formation of agricultural cooperatives in new institutional framework for the proposed management model and the development of regional food markets.
