In the thesis, the theoretical generalization and the new solution of the scientific problem, which consists in accuracy and noise immunity improvement methods for constructing formal information models of nonlinear dynamic systems in the form of Volterra series in the frequency domain. This made due to the development of computational methods and algorithmic and software identification toolkit, constructing and using the hardware-software tools for experimental building of the communication channels models.
