Homutenko O. Economic information in conflict situations as a means to regulate management activity of the region

Object of research: the processes of settlement of disputes and conflict economic situations at the regional level by improving the quality of economic information by expert studies. Objective: theoretical generalization and development of practical recommendations on the inclusion of expert economic information, which is used on a regional level, the mechanism of regulation of economic relations in conflict situations. Methods: classification, expert analysis, combinatorics, graph-analytical representation, information theory, scientific logic, deductive mathematical method rank analysis. Scientific and methodological rationale essential features and operating technologies perform economic expertise in conflict situations at the regional level was improved. Conceptual provisions regarding information security expert study, where information from the general economic data highlighted region and described block expert economic information were proposed. The model of incorporating expert unit in the information field at the regional level was implemented. Results of the study are used in the regional authorities and enterprises in different industries, as well as in the educational process of O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
