Seryogina D. Organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of urban development

Object of research: process of regulation of urban complexes social and economic development. Objective: development of theory and practical recommendations of improving organizational and economic mechanism of urban development regulation in Ukraine. Methods: structural and logical analysis, the method of theoretical generalization and deductive-inductive, abstracting, statistical comparisons, grouping, summarizing economic indicators, the method of linear scaling, minimum-maximum, graphical analysis. Practical importance lies in the fact that the use of reasonable theoretical and practical recommendations form the basis for the formation of a new model regulation of social and urban economic development through the implementation of innovative potential of urban complexes. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the justification of theoretical and practical recommendations for improving organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of urban development. Results of the dissertation are used in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process of O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
