Essay

The object of study - the processes of softening coal in the bottom hole of the reservoir to reduce the outburst by hydraulic fluid pumping. Purpose - to establish laws and to justify the effective hydraulic parameters of softening coal to reduce the formation of outburst. Research methods include: a set of theoretical and experimental studies of hydraulic loosening, analysis and synthesis of the latest achievements of science and technology on the hydraulic and vibratory action of the mountain range, statistical analysis, and mining laboratory and experimental studies of stress-strain mill coal seam, the analysis of results on the basis of modern information systems and computer systems. First reasonable mechanism hydro vibration effect on the flow of fluid, which is injected into the reservoir, and established laws duration of water injection to the completion of the process of hydraulic loosening with the values of the discharge zone and the depth of the seal. Installed the physical essence of the effect of hydro unloading coal seams to eliminate the outburst, which is the destruction of the coal within the array system of cracks, which are formed under the action of high-pressure injection of water and strength of rock pressure, which can occur only partially relieved of the bottomhole formation, where the stress level does not exceed magnitude of the maximum allowable discharge pressure, which determines the need for a differentiated determination of its parameters. The main conclusions and recommendations on the characterization of hydro Opener incorporated into the design industry standard Ministry of Coal Industry of Ukraine NPAOP "Rules of safe mining operations at the seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena."
