The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for Personnel policy in trade of pharmaceutical products in the context of economic development; the essence of the term "personnel policy in the context of economic development" and the peculiarities of personnel policy in the trade of pharmaceutical products; methodical approaches to the formation of human resources policy in trade of pharmaceutical products in the context of regional economic development and reasonable metrics for integrated its evaluation; a priority directions of improvement of personnel policy in the trade of pharmaceutical products, based on a comprehensive consideration of the strategic decisions of the state in terms of economic and social development of the region and create conditions for improving standards of living; formed in personnel policy strategy of pharmaceutical products, taking into account internal and external factors of its formation, the relationship of competence we trade workers pharmaceutical products and identifies areas of activities of the personnel policies for economic development of the sector and the region; methodological approaches and procedures for predicting the formation of personnel policy in the trade of pharmaceutical products in the context of economic development.
