Essay

Object of research: energy conversion process vent turbulent flows that occur in iron ore mines to electricity under normal and emergency conditions. Objective: to improve the reliability of the iron ore mines through the development and application of energy efficient electromechanical systems of wind power installation to convert the energy of ventilation flows to electricity and maintenance of local area networks in emergency lighting conditions. Methods: methods of automatic control theory, fuzzy logic methods, calculation methods of electrical circuits. Theoretical results: first proposed to establish an advanced electromechanical complex of wind power installation in places branching underground workings of iron ore mines and proved that the efficiency of turbulent flow ventilation to convert part of its energy into electrical energy, in this case, is the highest; first electromechanical energy efficiency of wind power installation proposed a new principle of construction of the wind sector, where the wind wheel specially shaped supplemented of Wind reflector - it increases the utilization of ventilation air flow and allows under control algorithm, adaptive function of time in converting the energy of turbulent flow in ventilation electrical energy; improved control law for the regulator capacitive excitation current induction generator wind electromechanical complex, shown in use in the management of combined PI-controller and fuzzy controller performing control in turns, depending on the speed of air flow and allows for energy-efficient modes of operation of wind power installation. Practical results: Based on the proposed structure of the electromechanical design of wind turbine designed for stand-alone power system receivers electricity underground mining of iron ore mines; designed circuit solutions and the method of calculating the parameters of the controller automatic control system that allows simultaneous control wind complex electromechanical voltage and frequency; based fuzzy controller is developed microprocessor unit and its algorithm of automatic control system for capacitive current of the induction generator wind electromechanical industry. Degree of implementation: case studies in PJSC "Kryvorizkiy zalizorudnyy kombinat" in JSC "Elektrozahyst" (m. Kharkiv) and the learning process Kremenchug National University Michael Ostrogradskiy. Sector (industry) use - power engeniring.
