Essay

A kinetic model describing the time evolution of the populations of the molecular states of the photodiode was proposed. The conditions for the appearance of the electric current in the molecule under irradiation were found. It was shown that at low temperatures, the total current is generated due to inelastic electron tunneling. It was shown that the strong intramolecular exchange interaction causes the triplet state plays the role of the kinetic trap for transmitting charges. The resonant values of the voltage biased at which the intensity of the electroluminescence abruptly changes were found.
