Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the electronic structure of tetraoxide structures based on calcium and 3d-metals. Highly sensitive spectral methods and quantum mechanical calculations were combined in order to systematically study the electronic structure of this series of compounds. Changes in the patterns of formation of electron-energy structure, charge states of atoms and the nature of the chemical bond were described for tetraoxide structures based on calcium and 3d-metals isomorphically-substituted in cation and anion positions by isovalent schema.
