The thesis is devoted to deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of regulation of regional construction materials market . Based on the analysis of current theoretical and methodological approaches to the regulation of regional markets proved feasibility of the study of these processes on the basis of a systematic approach. Regulation of regional construction materials market is considered as a system of economic, administrative, and legislative and regulatory measures implemented by state and regional governments and non-governmental institutions in order to ensure a balanced and sustainable development of the regional market and its adaptation to dynamic environmental conditions.
