Essay

The study of processes in lathes with rod suport system with rods of constant length under different operating conditions and load. The purpose of the study rationale of the design parameters of the core suporte system machine turning with the rod of constant length, ensuring its health and expansion of technological possibilities. Theoretical studies carried out on the basis of fundamental principles of the design and dynamics of machines, strength of materials, theoretical mechanics, mathematical modeling, theory of machines and mechanisms, parallel structures, and the basics of the engineering design and selection of rational technical solutions. Verification of the developed dynamic and mathematical models were conducted computer simulations and experimental measurements. In experimental studies, conducted at the Department of mechanical engineering kntu, we used modern methods and means of measurement. Processing of the results was carried out using the licensed software. For experimental studies, we have developed and produced a working model of the machine from the core suportnogo system based on a traditional lathe with CNC model TPK-VR. The dissertation is devoted to provide dynamic performance multi-purpose lathes, based on the Ministry of Railways with a rod sportime systems and the rationale for their constructive and technological parameters.
