Object - processes of hole machining sleeves cylinders machines. The aim - to improve the machining process combined pulling by cold plastic deformation of the material sleeve cylinders. Theoretical studies based on the laws of mechanics of plastic deformation, theory cutting processing of materials and design tools and mathematical statistics. Experiments were carried out using the methods strain measurement, optical and electron microscopy, oscillographic records, methods of instantaneous stopping process. On the basis of theoretical research on the improvement of workability sleeves cylinders proposed to change the direction of the main motion for machining holes, developed a mathematical model of the action of cold deformation on the machinability of steel and shows a positive effect of strain hardening on the surface characteristics of deep holes, it was found that the build-up is generated by self-cutting system and has only strain origin. The curves of the pressure distribution along the length of the contact, which formed the basis for calculating the combined drawing on which the patent. Its distinctive features are the presence of the ruling and the deformation of rings with a curved profile, damping parts of cast iron and layout of work items. Research results and tools have been tested and recommended for implementation on a three building enterprises and in the educational process.
