The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical investigation of the shallow charged impurities and external electric and magnetic fields influence on the electron energy spectra and distributions of the quasi-particle densities in the simple and complicated (multilayered) spherical semiconductor quantum dots. All calculations are performed within the framework of effective masses approximation and the model of rectangular potentials for the quasi-particles. The Schrodinger equation is solved exactly for the case of the on-center impurity and with the help of different approximate methods if the symmetry of the problem is violated by the off-center impurity or by the external fields.
